Ipswich Town's Lucky Mascot (03 & 06.03.07)

Ipswich Town Football Club had been through a lengthy goal-scoring drought (6 games without scoring) before the QPR match at Portman Road but that was to end after it's latest Town Toddler (aka Isabel Craig) was published in the match programme.





Not only did Town score twice and record a much needed win, four days later away at Hull City, Town equalled a club record midweek away league goalscoring feat last achieved at Shrewsbury Town in September 1988. Final score on Tuesday was Hull 2 Ipswich 5.

Let us hope that the luck continues for the rest of the season and beyond !!
